  1. Acupuncture
    Acupuncture is a form of treatment in traditional Chinese Medicine using thin, sterile needles inserted into selected points on the body. Acupuncture is used to treat a vast range of conditions ranging from pain, hormonal imbalances, mental-emotional imbalances, to internal medicine. Initial includes history intake, pulse and tongue diagnosis, treatment plan, treatment, and take-home instructions. 60 minutes-90 minutes $95.00-120.00 Follow-ups include update on progress, pulse and tongue diagnosis, treatment, and lifestyle suggestions. 60 minutes for $75.00

  2. Reiki
    Reiki is the placement of hands gently on, or a few inches above, the body to elicit relaxation and stress reduction. With the release of stress, Reiki supports the body's innate ability to heal itself. Reiki works on all levels of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual discords Conditions that benefit from Reiki include pain reduction, pre- and post-pregnancy discomfort, anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, and more.

  3. Tui Na
    Tui Na is a form of massage using rhythmic motion to manipulate and loosen the muscle and tendons of the body while, opening the meridian channels including the muscles and blood vessels to supply ample flow of blood and nutrients to once constraint areas. Tui Na is used to treat both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions and is gentle enough for all including infants, children, and the elderly.
  4. Herbal Consultations
    Herbal Consultations are offered for both Western Herbalism and Eastern Herbalism and could be used for both chronic and acute conditions such as allergies, digestive complaints, nervous tension, pain, and more. The herbal consultation usually last 20 minutes including an intake on the history and complaint, dietary lifestyles, and few other customize questions to determine one's constitution; then, an herbal remedy will be prescribed in either a herbal tea, herbal extract, or salve form. Herbal products are available to pre-order and can be mailed directly to the customer.
  5. Gua Sha
    Gua Sha is the use of the tool such as a ceramic tool, or jade stone, to gently "scrap" a tight muscle where aches and pains occur. It helps increase circulation, drain lymphatics, move qi within the channels, and release any tension nearby. It is great in combination of any of the above services and works well for stiff necks, while fighting a cold.
  6. Reiki Classes
    Reiki Classes are offered monthly and on demand. Reiki courses in levels I, II, and Master level are offered. Reiki I: Reiki I course goes over "What is Reiki", "The benefits of Reiki", "How Reiki Works", its history of how it came to be, where and how to apply to your daily life. Course includes: Manual, Hands-on Practice time, and Certificate upon completion. Reiki II: Reiki II course includes the Reiki symbols for mental, emotional, and distant treatments, How to start a Reiki business, Crystal Grids, and specific protocols to break unwanted habits. Course includes: Manual, quartz crystals, Hands-on training, and Certificate upon completion. Reiki Master Level: This course is for those whom have a calling to increase their Reiki practice and continue onto teaching. It includes the Master level symbol, add-ons to Reiki practice, and more. It is recommended to wait 3-6 months of Reiki practice after level II before starting this next course. Includes: Manual, Certificate upon completion, Hands-on practice. All Courses include access to the Reiki Teacher and Practitioner for continued support and opportunities to join Reiki Shares and Meet-ups for additional practice and support.

  7. Cupping
    Cupping is using sterile, glass cups and using a suction to place on the body such as the back, shoulders, legs, and more. The purpose of cupping is to improve circulation, release tension and chronic trauma, and open up the affected areas.
