Through laying out the foundation in puberty to harmonizing the body for preconception, to easing the intensive of labor and the postpartum (4th trimester), to cooling the transition into menopause. Our intention is to help assist women in connecting with themselves, feeling empowered, & harmonized on all levels of the physical & emotional body.
